Membership Agreement — Pulse Lounge Memphis

i. Member Information

ii. Terms of Agreement

Read carefully. By signing, you accept all terms below.

1. Confidentiality

The undersigned agrees to maintain strict confidentiality regarding the identities of other members, guests, staff, and any activities, conversations, or events observed at Pulse Lounge Memphis. No information shall be disclosed, published, or shared by any means — including but not limited to verbal communication, social media, written correspondence, or electronic transmission.

2. No Photography or Recording

Mobile phones, cameras, audio recorders, and recording devices of any kind are prohibited in all member spaces. Any unauthorized capture of imagery, audio, or video shall result in immediate and permanent revocation of membership and may result in legal action including but not limited to claims for damages.

3. Age & Eligibility

The undersigned certifies that they are at least 21 years of age and have provided truthful, current government-issued identification. Falsification of identity, age, or contact information voids this agreement and any membership granted under it.

4. Code of Conduct

Members agree to uphold the venue's standards of respect, consent, and discretion at all times. Consent is the currency of this house. A "no" — spoken, signaled, or implied — ends any interaction immediately. Violations of consent or conduct end membership without refund.

5. Discretion of the Venue

Membership and venue access are granted at the sole discretion of Pulse Lounge Memphis. The venue reserves the right to deny entry, revoke membership, or refuse service without explanation. Decisions are final.

6. Liability Release

The undersigned releases Pulse Lounge Memphis, its owners, operators, and staff from any and all liability arising from voluntary participation in events, activities, or interactions occurring on the premises or at affiliated gatherings.

7. Term

This agreement takes effect upon submission and remains in effect indefinitely. Confidentiality obligations survive the termination of membership for a period of no less than five (5) years.

8. Governing Law

This agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Shelby County, Tennessee.
